From a new vehicle to a daily collection sheet
Add your vehicles
Registration, type and what the vehicle cost. Repayment schedules, collections and rider scoring are all built from this.
Assign riders
Assigning a rider turns a vehicle into a repayment schedule and begins that rider's payment record. A keke on a daily schedule is judged differently from a truck billed per contract.
Record collections
The daily sheet shows who owes what and who is behind, most urgent first. Every recorded payment sends the rider an SMS receipt with a reference, which settles most disputes before they start.
Turn on reminders
Automatic calls and texts when a payment is due. Every attempt re-checks whether the money already arrived, and the cadence is capped: contact hours only, at most three calls a day.
Built-in safeguards
None of the following are settings an operator has to remember to turn on. They are how the software behaves.
Checked before every call
A reminder never goes out for a payment that already arrived. The system checks first, every time.
Capped contact
At most three automated calls a day, between 8am and 8pm only, with a minimum gap between attempts.
Pausable schedules
A vehicle off the road through no fault of the rider gets its schedule paused. There is no charge and no late mark.
SMS receipts
Every recorded payment reaches the rider by SMS, with amount, date and a reference number.
Rider opt-out
A rider can ask to receive text only, or stop reminder calls entirely, and that must be honoured.
Notice before recovery
Recovery starts with a notice and a cure period. Every consequential step needs a named person and a recorded reason.
Why the caps. Repeated automated calls can amount to harassment, and a rider who feels hounded leaves, taking your earning asset with them. The limits above are enforced in the software, not left to discipline.
When something goes wrong
Vehicle off the road
If a vehicle is in a workshop it cannot earn, so its schedule can be paused. The rider owes nothing for that period and is not marked late.
A payment dispute
Every collection carries a reference sent to the rider by SMS at the moment it is recorded, so most disputes are settled by checking it.
A rider falling behind
Recovery, where it is needed, starts with a notice and a cure period rather than an immediate repossession.
