Most fleets lose money slowly
It is rarely one bad month. It is a payment nobody wrote down, a receipt a rider says was never sent, and someone who quietly fell three weeks behind before anyone noticed.
One record per payment
Every collection is entered once, with a reference number, so two people cannot record the same money twice.
A receipt the rider keeps
When you record a payment, the rider gets an SMS with the amount, the date and the reference.
A warning while it is still small
AGTrivo compares each rider with their own history and tells you when they start paying later than usual.
What you get
The examples below use sample data.
A collections sheet that tells you who to call first
Each morning you see who owes what today, with the longest overdue at the top. Recording a payment takes two taps on a phone.
- Cash and transfer, recorded the same way
- Cash-up at the end of the day
- Corrections are logged, not overwritten
Know when a rider starts to slip
A rider who always pays on time and then starts paying four days late is a different story from one who has always been a little slow. AGTrivo judges each rider against their own record and flags the change.
A receipt for every naira
Most payment arguments end when someone can read out a reference number. Every payment you record sends the rider an SMS they can keep, and their full history is on their own phone.
Ask your AI assistant about your fleet
Connect Claude, ChatGPT or another assistant and ask in plain words: who still owes today, who is behind, why a rider was flagged. You approve the connection once by signing in.
- Read-only: it cannot record payments or contact anyone
- Rider phone numbers masked, identity numbers never shared
- Staff see only what their role allows, and you can disconnect any time
Reminders with limits
Calls and texts only between 8am and 8pm, at most three calls a day, and never for a day that is already paid.
Pause a schedule
If a vehicle is in the workshop, pause its schedule. The rider is not charged or marked late for those days.
Rules per vehicle type
Okada and keke pay daily, vans weekly, ride-hail cars monthly, tippers per contract.
Buy or finance assets
Reserve vehicles outright, on instalments, on hire purchase or on lease, with VAT handled for each.
Getting started
There is nothing to install, and you can record your first collection the same day.
- 1
Add your vehicles
Registration, type and what each one cost.
- 2
Assign riders
Each assignment becomes a repayment schedule.
- 3
Collect daily
Work down the sheet. Receipts go out as you record.
- 4
Follow up early
Reminders go out on their own, and you hear about riders who start to slip.
Rules we built into the software
A rider who feels cheated leaves with your vehicle, so these are enforced by the system and cannot be switched off.
Fees are never added to a rider's debt
The collection fee is a published, capped percentage of what is actually collected, and it comes out of the owner's share.
Riders can see their own record
A rider signs in with their phone number and PIN to see every payment and receipt.
Notice before repossession
Recovery starts with a written notice and a cure period. Each step needs a named person and a reason.
For fleet owners
See arrears every morning, settle disputes with a reference, and hear about riders who are slipping.

A receipt for every payment, your history on your phone, and no late marks for days the vehicle could not work.
Read more for ridersIs AGTrivo a lender?
No. AG Trade Services Limited sells and finances assets directly. AGTrivo is the technology platform that records and manages those agreements.
How is the collection fee calculated?
As a published percentage of what is actually collected, capped per transaction, and falling with your plan. It is taken from the fleet owner's share and never added to what a rider owes.
What happens if a rider stops paying?
Recovery begins with a notice and a cure period, not a repossession. Every consequential step requires a named person and a recorded reason.
What AGTrivo does not do yet. AGTrivo does not hold a Nigerian SEC crowdfunding licence, a NAICOM insurance broker licence, or a private employment agency licence. Investment, insurance broking and operator placement are therefore not offered. We would rather say so plainly than let anyone assume otherwise.
