The problem this solves
Most operators track repayments in a notebook or a spreadsheet. That works until it does not: a rider disputes a payment, two people record the same collection, or someone drifts three weeks behind before anyone notices.
What changes
Every payment has a reference
Sent to the rider by SMS the moment it is recorded. Disputes end by checking a number, not by argument.
Arrears are visible daily
A sorted sheet of exactly who is behind and by how much, instead of something discovered at month end.
Drifting riders are flagged early
A changing payment pattern surfaces while a conversation can still fix it, before it becomes a default.
Fees are transparent
The collection fee is a published percentage of what is actually collected, capped, and taken from your share. It is never added to what the rider owes.
Recovery stays accountable
Every consequential step on a defaulting account needs a named person and a recorded reason, not an informal call.
Pausable, not punitive
A vehicle that cannot earn because of a workshop visit, accident or impoundment gets its schedule paused instead of quietly going into arrears.
Ask your AI assistant (Pro)
On Pro and above, connect Claude, ChatGPT or another assistant to your fleet and ask in plain words: who still owes today, which riders are behind, why someone was flagged. You approve the connection by signing in once. It is read-only, rider phone numbers are masked, identity numbers and bank details are never shared, staff see only what their role allows, and you can disconnect it at any time.
What it costs
A monthly subscription with a per-collection fee that falls as you grow. Every fee states who pays it, what it is charged on, when it is earned and whether it is refundable.
| Charge | Who pays | When it's taken |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly subscription | Fleet owner | Billing cycle start |
| Collection fee | Fleet owner (from your share) | Per collected payment |
| SMS receipts & reminders | Included | No extra charge |
Your riders' side
Riders get their own access: what they have paid, what is due, and their full record. That record belongs to them, and it is the evidence if a payment is ever questioned.
Security & data
Masked identity
Identity numbers are shown only as their last four digits, except to AGTrivo administrators. A BVN is kept only as its last four digits.
Consent-based sharing
Operator contact details are released only with that operator's consent, for a limited time, and can be withdrawn at any point.
Full audit trail
Every collection, reminder and recovery step is recorded against a named person and a timestamp.
Talk to our team
For a demo, help moving your records across from a notebook or spreadsheet, a plan for a large fleet, or Enterprise terms for a company with several branches.
- Your company name and the state or states you operate in.
- How many motorcycles and tricycles you run, and how riders pay you today.
- A phone number and a good time to call you back.
