Every payment gets a receipt
When your fleet owner records a payment, you get an SMS with the amount, the date and a reference. Keep them. If a payment is ever questioned, the reference settles it.
You can see your own record
Sign in with your phone number and PIN to see every payment, what is due next, and your full history. If something looks wrong, say so the same week.
If your vehicle cannot work
If it is in the workshop or off the road through no fault of yours, tell your fleet owner. The schedule can be paused, and you will not be marked late for that period.
If a week is difficult
Say so early. Arrangements are possible, and a conversation costs nothing. Silence is what turns a hard week into a real problem.
On reminder calls. If your fleet owner uses automatic reminders, they are limited: contact hours only, and a small number a day. You can ask to receive text only, or to stop them altogether, and that must be honoured. Press 9 during a call or reply STOP to any message.

Disputed payments
A reference for every collection means no payment you made can be quietly forgotten.
Being charged for downtime
A paused schedule means a vehicle that cannot earn cannot put you behind either.
Being hounded
Reminder calls are capped and re-checked, and you can opt out of calls at any time.
Repossession without notice
Recovery starts with a notice and a cure period, never an immediate seizure.
Need help with your record?
If a payment you made is missing, a receipt never arrived, or you think you were marked late unfairly, tell us. Your fleet owner can also see your record and fix most problems.
- Your full name and the phone number you use with your fleet owner.
- The vehicle plate number, and your fleet owner's name.
- For a missing payment: the date, the amount, and the reference from your SMS receipt.
